I had a good laugh when I checked Google this morning to find out how Larrie Perkins new website was listed. Every time we change the face of a site, respectively its template, we are in for surprises and it was not different this time.
If you look up Larrie Perkins on Google, you get this result on the Number 1 spot:
Or even more funny when you search for Larrie and Sandra Perkins:
What was meant to be a sample quote, placed in the header becomes now Google History and in as much as Larrie and Sandra Perkins are concerned I have to amend the following
DISCLAIMER
Larrie Perkins never said ” Let Uncle Sam pay for your Vintage Car…” and Sandra Perkins never said:” You know, my faith is one that admits some doubt…”. The quotes have sample character to illustrate how powerful your words are when published on a Semiomantics YORGOO Press Web site.
I have not said, that Larrie may not have thought what I pushed into his mouth :-). Fact is: in the header section of the YORGOO Press 1 Web site Larrie is using on http://larrieperkins.com there are two advertising spots pre-configured consisting of text and image as shown on the below screenshot:
Here we have loaded a quote and Larries Picture, which obviously can be replaced easily from the admin dashboard of the site. Or Larrie and sandra could load a rotator with real quotes … sort of ‘Larrie’s Daily Smart Stuff’.
I guess we are in for more positive surprises as time passes and as Larrie will add content to his publication; the Photo and Video Galleries are powerful tools as well. Google caught the category and indexed it. The same applies for all new categories loaded on the site.
The Photo search on Larrie Perkins features on top some pictures titled ‘Larrie Perkins’, in this case exclusively screenshots we have published in the past. Correct tagging of pictures allows us to grab additional space on Google. The same applies to videos or other media such as podcasts we can attach to our posts.
As we will continue to monitor the behavior of Larrie’s new site on Google, we will be able to draw conclusions about the performance of our scripts and measure the impact compared to earlier versions of Semiomantics.
We expect that this new Semiomantics Script will perform better than the previous XO base for two reasons: we target wider with the same efficiency as on narrow targeting and we have a much more attractive surface which is expected to result in a higher conversion rate from visitors to readers and from readers to loyal readers.
From a Publishing point of view, the whole site as it is right now, has no widgetized content and is thus readable by Search Engine bots, including the few sample ads we have placed. In addition to this, there are 12 pre-configured locations on the pages where any type of widget can be placed, be it for Google Ads or other commercial or non commercial content, feeds or media. We have not yet used any of such widgets.
Watch what you are saying, Larrie, as Google records it all for good and legacy!

One of the advantages Semiomantics Script owners have: they always get our latest creations. Larrie Perkins’ Online Tax Filing and Home Business Tax Benefits site under LarriePerkins.com is the first site where we implement YORGOO Press on a commercial authority website.
The purpose of the site is to present in a meaningful way a mix of Larrie Perkins as a Person and his Authority as a Tax Consultant specializing in Online Tax Filing and Home Business Tax benefits. For the time being, the site just reflects a basic choice of features and preferences. Interestingly, the YORGOO Press sites offers extreme flexibility in as much as presentation and choices are concerned without causing any prejudice to Search Engine ranking.
Home Business Tax benefits and Online Tax Filing are two major concerns of Larrie (and Sandra). The two topics are therefore highly visible. But then there must be an entertainment element; tax experts usually don’t just trust horoscopes…so we have selected Larrie’s Hobby: vintage cars.
The category vintage cars gives a “human” aspect to a Tax Consultant ( I love this statement). A tax expert is a person like you and me (that’s what we would like you to believe … and that’s what Larrie made me believe…) with personal preferences such as sports or cars or as I have been told, some even like se … x and money.
The site has pre-defined advertising spots. For the time being we just load place holders. All what is visible on the site for the time being is clean and straight forward HTML, which means, it’s readable by search enine bots.
In addition to this, there are 12 pre-configured widget positions allowing the user to enter most any kind of content, from Google ads to RSS feeds or HTML code, images, videos and so on.
